Mattar paneer, also known as matar paneer, and mutter paneer is a vegetarian North Indian dish and Punjabi dish consisting of peas and paneer in a tomato based sauce, spiced with garam masala. It is often served with rice and an Indian type of bread.

2 tbsp oil

12 cubes paneer / cottage cheese
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi, crushed
